We regard your privacy with the utmost respect and care and will never give out any of your details to a 3rd party. All your payment information is automatically disposed of once given to ensure your utmost privacy and security.
If you purchase or register online you will be added to our customer database. However if you wish to cancel at anytime, simply respond with ďplease removeĒ in the subject line. We will endeavour to have you removed before the next newsletter goes out.
You can either buy online using your credit card or email, phone or stop by one of our great stores. We also accept internet banking payments if you donít have a credit card.
All prices are shown in NZD, include GST and are per item. E.g. some photos may show multiple items, but the price is only for 1 item, unless otherwise specified.
Many of our items are hand made and therefore will vary slightly. We will aim to provide you with items as close as possible to your request. Please specify colour and design choices when ordering.
Please also specify whether you want your items to be gift-wrapped (this is a free service) and contain a small message from you (on a free gift tag).
Generally we charge $7 postage (for items fitting into a shoe box- or thereabouts, and under 2kg). Please ensure you specify if you need a rural delivery as this is slightly more expensive. Also as the website canít determine over-sized packages, rarely we will need to charge a more for larger or bulky items. We will always advise via return email however and you are entitled to a refund if you are not happy to pay the revised freight cost.
Receiving the goods
Due to most of our items being hand-made, if we donít have the item in stock it may need to be made up specially. If there is a delay we will contact you and let you know, but most artists can get items out within a few days anyway J
All items are packaged as carefully and as well as possible. However please check the item(s) carefully upon receipt by the courier and advise immediately (by email) if there is a problem.
Exchange or refund
You are welcome to exchange items for a credit note up to 1 month from purchase or request a refund (within 36 hours of confirmation email but prior to sending goods). You can either return items to our Pakuranga address via courier or mail or pop in to one of our stores. Please note the item must be returned to us in perfect condition. If posting: it must reach us at our Pakuranga store (track and trace is recommended) if we donít receive the item we can not credit you.
Simply email us with what you would like in exchange and we can re-send you something out, but will need to charge you a courier fee.
